We sell our produce at Lewes Farmers Market on first and third Saturday of the month.
Our Shetland sheep are slow growing and we keep them for several years. The meat has distinct flavour, is high in omega oils, low in saturated fats. Shetland Sheep are fine boned which means they have more meat to bone ratio than commercial sheep. We sell it as hogget joints, chops, diced, mince, burgers, sausages, half and whole hogget.
We sell sheepskins in lovely natural shades. Also raw fleece and carded wool for felting and spinning.
